If your PBX is IP enabled (most modern PBXs are IP enabled) then it is fully integrable with the platform. All you have to do is to set PBX's credentials on the platform and define how you want calls to be handled.
If you have older PBXs then it is possible to route calls directly to your existing numbers.

Just login into your dashboard and go to "Call Flow Builder". By dragging and dropping cal flow elements into appropriate places you can build a call flow of any complexity. To quickly understand or remind yourself what each element does just follow help tags attached to each element. Please refer to "Tutorials" tab.
It is not necessary to record greeting with real human voice. Voinext platform allows highest quality voice synthesizing from any text with male or female voices. The following text-to-speech languages are supported: English, German, French, Russian. But you have an option to put your own recordings into the system.
When a customer clicks the call button to call you it is possible to add a
custom greeting for the customer to listen to. You don't have to record a
greeting. The system is able to synthesize a high quality voice greeting
from any text.
To add a custom greeting login into your dashboard and click on "Call flow builder" tab.
You will see a graphical representation of a call flow chain. After "Call Destination Route #1" element you will see an empty square with "Drag and Drop or Clock Here" text. Click on it. On the drop down menu click "Play Prompt". In the text input field just type your greeting. Click "SAVE" on top of the page. That's it! Next time when the button is clicked on your website the customer will hear your greeting.
